Client stopped for no headlights at night. At ALR hearing, Attorney Segura was able to get officer to admit that this was her first DWI investigation and that she was not confident in her ability to properly administer and score the tests. Officer agreed that if she did not administer the tests properly they don’t count and the case should be thrown out. In a meeting with prosecutor, Segura shared the transcript of the officer’s testimony and explained the officer’s errors. The case was dismissed.
